JustOG — Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-02. Incorporated into the Terms of Service.

This policy governs what you may upload, generate, and order through JustOG. It exists to protect creators, third parties, and JustOG from infringing and harmful content. We may refuse, remove, or cancel any content or order that violates this policy, and may screen content with automated and human review.

1. You must have the rights

You may only submit content you own or are authorized to use. By submitting, you affirm the representations & warranties in the Terms (§4.3) — including that your content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, trademark, trade dress, or rights of publicity/privacy.

2. Prohibited content

Do not upload, generate, or order designs that contain or depict:

Third-party intellectual property

• Copyrighted works you don't own or have a license to (art, photographs, illustrations, characters, film/TV/game/anime assets, song lyrics, etc.).
• Third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, slogans, or trade dress (e.g., sports teams, fashion/consumer brands, company logos) — including stylized or partial/"inspired-by" versions.
• Fictional characters, mascots, or their distinctive elements owned by others.

Name, image & likeness

• Real people's name, image, voice, or likeness without authorization — celebrities, public figures, or private individuals.

Illegal or harmful content

• Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance); non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or that incites violence.
• Hate content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics.
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, or that violates others' privacy.
• Counterfeiting, fraud, or other unlawful uses.

Deceptive / off-platform harm

• Content impersonating JustOG or others, or designed to deceive.

3. Personal use vs. commercial use

The standard Service is for creating goods for your own personal use, not for resale or commercial redistribution. Commercial/creator selling (earning when others buy your design) is available only through an authorized JustOG creator/commercial program, which carries additional terms and mandatory IP screening.

4. Screening, enforcement & consequences

4.1 We may use automated IP/brand screening and human review, but we do not guarantee that all infringing or prohibited content is detected; responsibility for compliance is yours. 4.2 We may refuse to produce, cancel, remove, or refund any content or order that we believe violates this policy, and may suspend or terminate accounts. Repeat infringers are terminated under the DMCA / Copyright Policy. 4.3 Rights holders may report infringement via the DMCA / Copyright Policy (copyright) or legal@justog-official.com (trademark and other rights).

5. Reporting

To report content you believe violates this policy or your rights: copyright → the DMCA process; everything else → legal@justog-official.com with the URL/order reference and a description of the issue.
