Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (see §2). This DMCA process is for copyright; for trademark, right-of-publicity, or other claims, contact legal@justog-official.com.

JustOG respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512, and we terminate repeat infringers.

1. Reporting alleged copyright infringement

If you believe content on JustOG infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (§2) that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., product/design URL, order or item reference).
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Note: under §512(f), knowingly materially misrepresenting infringement can create liability.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

3. Our response

On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to and/or stop producing the identified material, and will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent including (17 U.S.C. §512(g)):

  1. Your signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, Delaware) and to accept service of process from the notifying party.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the use.

5. Repeat-infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and may cancel their pending orders.
